Day 1: Tangier – Tetouan – Chefchaouen

Embark on a captivating 10-day adventure as you arrive in Tangier, where your journey begins. Greeted by your driver at the port or airport, you’ll traverse through the scenic landscapes of Tetouan and the Rif Mountains on your way to Chefchaouen. Take advantage of the breathtaking views for picturesque photo stops along the way. Upon reaching Chefchaouen, the mesmerizing blue city, check into your accommodation and savor the opportunity to wander the enchanting blue streets at your own pace.

Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Rise to a new day in Chefchaouen and proceed to the UNESCO World Heritage town of Volubilis. Marvel at the ancient Roman ruins, with alleyways, gates, and mosaic floors dating back to the 2nd and 3rd centuries. Your journey continues to Meknes, another UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s Imperial cities. Explore key sites, including the Medersa Bou Inania and the impressive Bab Mansour gate. Conclude the day’s travel in Fes, immersing yourself in the city’s rich history as you check into your chosen accommodation.

Day 3: Full Day in Fes

Engage in a cultural and historic exploration of Fes, the ancient and holy Imperial city. Roam through the 2000-year-old living medina, a labyrinth of narrow streets teeming with markets, craftsmen, and the lively atmosphere of daily life. Visit significant landmarks such as the Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas, the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, and the Karaouine Mosque. Conclude your tour with a visit to Fes Jdid and the Merenid Tombs, offering spectacular panoramic views.

Day 4: Fes – Merzouga

Embark on an early journey from Fes to the captivating dunes of Merzouga. Traverse through Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco, and Azrou with its cedar forest inhabited by monkeys. Make a lunch stop in Midelt and cross the pass of Tizi N Talghamt, admiring the stunning views of Ziz Gorges. Continue through Aoufous and Erfoud, famous for fossils and dates, with an optional visit to a local fossil craft workshop. Arrive at the captivating Erg Chebbi Dunes, where you’ll check into your hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5: Merzouga Desert Experience

Embark on a 4×4 tour to explore the black volcanic rocks of fossils, visit a nomad family, and experience the rhythmic spiritual music of Gnawa in Khamlia village. Venture to the Date Sarji lake, attracting pink flamingos and wildlife. Enjoy lunch in Merzouga or Hassi Labied. In the afternoon, discover the canal irrigation system and take a leisurely walk in the oasis. Prepare for an enchanting camel trek for an hour and a half to witness the captivating desert sunset. Continue by camel to a traditional nomad tent in the desert camp, where you’ll savor dinner and spend the night under the stars.

Day 6: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Boumalne Dades

Wake up to the magic of a Sahara sunrise, and after breakfast, ride your camel back to Merzouga. Set forth to Todra Gorges via Tineghir, with stops for photos and admiration of the breathtaking views. Arrive at Todra Gorges, allowing time for a hike through the marvelous Canyon. Journey to Boumalne Dades, check into your accommodation, and enjoy a delightful dinner.

Day 7: Boumalne Dades – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

Embark on a scenic drive to Marrakech, stopping at the Rose Valley and Skoura palm grove. Explore Ouarzazate, known as “The gate of the desert,” and witness the architectural wonder of the Taourirt Kasbah. Continue to Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed kasbah featured in numerous films. Cross the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi N’tichka pass, and arrive in Marrakech.

Day 8: Marrakech Sightseeing

Embark on a guided walking tour of Marrakech’s medina, with visits to iconic landmarks such as the Mosque of Koutoubia, historic souks, and the enchanting Majorelle Gardens. The afternoon is yours to explore the medina independently, allowing you to witness the lively Jemma El Fna square with its narrators, jugglers, diviners, and musicians.

Day 9: Day Trip to Essaouira

Embark on a delightful day trip to the seaside town of Essaouira on the Atlantic Coast. Witness goats climbing Argan trees and visit an Argan oil feminine cooperative. Explore Essaouira’s UNESCO-listed medina, stroll along the beach, and indulge in a seafood lunch. Return to Marrakech in the evening.

Day 10: Transfer to Marrakech Airport
