6 Days Tour From Tangier to Merzouga Desert and Fes

Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen

Upon arrival at the Tangier port, delve into the city’s charms before setting forth towards the enchanting fortified town of Chefchaouen. Renowned for its azure-hued architecture, Chefchaouen stands as a jewel in the crown of the northern Rif region. Immerse yourself in the local ambiance as you spend the night in the heart of Chefchaouen’s allure.

Day 2: Chefchaouen – Fès

After breakfast, we continue our journey towards Volubilis where we visit the Romain ruins. Then we move to Meknes to this 17th century heritage city, one of the four imperial cities in Morocco. After lunch. we explore historical medina, also Bab el-Mansour and Moulay Ismail’s shrife. Then we will continue to Fes where we spend the night in luxury riad inside the old Medina of Fes

Day 3: Fes – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga

Navigate the northern Atlas Mountains, tracing the course of the Ziz River Valley. Pause at numerous vantage points to marvel at the panoramic vistas of mountains, valleys, river scenes, and the lush Ziz stream. Continue the journey through Er Rachidia, heading east towards the desert of Merzouga. Spend the night in hotel, with the imposing dunes of Erg Chebbi just beyond the hotel’s threshold, inviting you to explore the smaller dunes on foot

Day 4: Merzouga area :

Wonders Following a delightful breakfast and refreshing shower, embark on an exploration of the wonders surrounding Erg Chebbi. Visit a local house for a taste of Gnawa music, originally hailing from Ghana and Sudan. Explore abandoned mines, encounter nomadic Berbers, and wander through palm tree oases. After lunch, return to Merzouga and relax before heading to the awaiting camels for an adventure in the sand dunes. Spend the night in a luxury camp resonating with drum music beneath the vast Sahara sky. Capture the awe-inspiring moments of both sunset and sunrise from the high dunes, and retreat to private tent for a night amidst the desert’s tranquility under the starlight

Day 5: Merzouga – gorge todgha – boumaln dades

Waking up early in the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise moments in the dunes and have breakfast at your luxury camp. Then we will leave and continue our tour towards Todra Gorge. On route, After the lunch break at Tinjdad. We carry on our desert experiences , by passing across berber villages and towns, we will pass by a traditional system of underground irrigation in the southeast of Morocco known as Elkhatarat. Then head the boumaln dades when we spend our night in comfort hotel

Day 6: Boumaln – Ouarzazat – ait ben Hadou – Marrakech

After breakfast. Follow the scenic route of Dades Valley, passing through El Kelaa Magona, the “Valley of the Roses,” and the road of a thousand Kasbahs. Explore the historical city of Ouarzazate and enjoy lunch in Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO-protected site famous for film appearances. Traverse the majestic Tichka Pass, offering breathtaking views of the High Atlas Mountains, before reaching the vibrant city of Marrakech drop off at your accommodation .
